How long does it take? |
|

Proof:
You will receive a proof by email within
1-2 business days after we receive your Order Form
and Payment.
Revisions:
Each revision that you request will be done within
1-2 business days.
Ship:
Your order ships in 3-4 business days after
you approve the proof.
Invites will ship in 1-2 business days.
Delivery:
Shipping via USPS Priority/UPS Ground has an
estimated transit time of 2-4 days. Shipping via
USPS Express/UPS 2-Day has a transit time of 1-2
days.
USPS does not count Sunday as a transit day.
UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as transit
days. |

Are envelopes included? |

Yes, white envelopes are included. |

Should I edit my pictures? |
|
| |
No. There's no need to resize your pictures. Send them
in the biggest file size that you can - the bigger the file
size, the better the quality. You also don't need to worry
about cropping your pictures or taking out red eye. We will
take care of all of that. We can also turn color pictures
into black and white or sepia. |

Can I order more if I run out? |

Certainly. We always keep your design on file,
so there no delay in recreating a proof. Just
fill out the order form with the minimum amount of
info and complete checkout.

Can I change the colors, font, or wording? |
|
| |
Yes, absolutely. There's no extra charge. Just let us
know in the "Additional Info" section of the Order Form
which colors you want, or if you want the font from a
different design, or if you have special wording that you'd
like to include. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

We accept credit cards via
Paypal. |

My friend referred me and she received
a free proof. But the order form says that I have to make
payment before receiving a proof. |

In the past we were able to do
proofs for free without requiring payment
beforehand. Our site has grown so much that with our
schedule we simply cannot do free work anymore. We
hope you understand. :) |
